Employer Right To Work Checks
It’s easy to register for our service, we ask only the necessary basic details to enable you to gain access.
When you have access you can invite employees by providing their name, email and role – each employee you request you will pay a flat all-inclusive fee of £2.50 including VAT.
Your employee will receive an email with a unique link, the first time they access the portal they will set a password (so they can access again in the future). The portal will then ask a series of questions to determine the correct right to work documentation, the portal then prompts the employee to upload each of the items of evidence securely into the portal (including any visa details/dates).
Once the employee has completed the process you will receive an email prompting you to login and review the documentation uploaded – safe in the knowledge that you have captured the correct right to work information (or the system would flag no right to work exists). This is available in a downloadable PDF which details all the necessary details required to demonstrate the right to work and allows you to store this for future reference.
Remember that you need to see all originals (guidance is available on the PDF), there is space on the PDF to mark this as having been completed to ensure compliance.

Data Privacy, Security and GDPR
We don’t use the data provided by either an employer or employee for any reason other to handle the right to work request. Employer accounts are automatically archived after 12 months and employee uploaded data is archived after 3 months.
